Note: the Islamic Resistance in Iraq is a collective mechanism to claim attacks by existing real-world U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations such as Kataib Hezbollah, Asaib Ahl al-Haq, Hezbollah Harakat al-Nujaba, as well as non-sanctioned groups like Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada.
